September 8th was Mother Mary’s birthday, and guess what She wants for Her birthday? She wants YOU to focus on all the goodness in the world and in your life for 30 days!
Now why would She ask for that? Because She knows that what you focus on expands, so the more you consciously acknowledge the goodness, the more you will have to acknowledge!
- You can do this by writing in a journal, similar to a gratitude journal.
- You can re-post good things you find on Facebook or other social media on your personal pages.
- You can cut and paste and email them to friends, or create a “goodness board” at home and add images of goodness that come your way.
- Or you can simply observe and acknowledge goodness when you see it by saying, either aloud or mentally,“Wow! That’s so great. Thank you, Universe, for showing me goodness today.”
Here is a video I created for you with Mother Mary’s request.
Are you up for it? If so, leave your comment below!
all blessings,
Frances
I’ve never heard of a “Goodness” journal or practice. I think it’s a splendid idea. The world is filled with goodness and goodness is one of the fruits of the spirit, which can expand when we focus on it.. Thank you Frances and Mother Mary. I’m going to make a goodness board which will be bubble mapping with markers and doodles.
Sounds great Kim! Maybe you can share an image of your Goodness Board! I’d love to see it.
all blessings,
Frances
Yes, I will focus on goodness for the next 30 days. ?
Thanks Marie!

Frances, interestingly just this morning the topic of goodness caught my attention. I painted an image that I associate with God’s goodness, an image that I have never doubted but have rarely shared. The painting has hung in my work space for 2 years. I have come to equate that moment with a verse in Psalm 27 “What if I had not believed that I should see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living!” Thank you for sharing Mother Mary’s message, can’t wait to see what comes of her timely suggestion.
Interesting, isn’t it Rita? These kinds of things happen so often that I’m no longer surprised, but always delighted!
