Today is Be An Angel Day, a day to do one small act of service for someone, to be a blessing in someone’s life.
This day was founded by my mentor, Rev. Jayne Howard Feldman, and is now celebrated around the world!
Mother Mary inspired me this morning to make this suggestion about how to celebrate this year, and asked me to share it with you.
To be a blessing in someone’s life, share a resource that has been a blessing in YOUR life. You never know how that resource might impact another person, but one thing is certain: if they don’t know about it, they can’t be blessed by it.
To get us started, I am going to share 3 resources that have blessed my life abundantly.
1) My mentor, Rev. Jayne Howard Feldman, introduced me to the angelic realm through an Angelic Attunement session in 1994. My life has been in tune with the angels ever since. She still offers these sessions and I HIGHLY recommend having one. You will discover the name of your Guardian Angel, among other wonderful things. To find out more, email her at earthangel4peace@aol.com
2) My mantra teacher, Bharata “Bill” Barry, has been a HUGE help to me this year. He is a Vedic Priest and has helped me strengthen my daily spiritual practice by guiding me to the best mantra for my individual needs.
Mantras are sacred words of power that directly impact your chakras and energy field, attuning them to higher frequencies.
He offers a consult where he will give you a “mantra prescription” for whatever issue you are dealing with. You can find out more about his work by clicking here
3) My third resource to bless you today is my Ayurvedic doctor, Dr. Marianne Teitelbaum. Dr. T, as I like to call her, has been helping me heal my lifelong digestive problems. Within the first month I was able to eat dairy (prepared a certain way), of which I have been intolerant since birth!
She was personally trained by Dr. R.K. Mishra, who comes from a family lineage of Ayurvedic doctors that goes back 5,000 years. His ancestors treated Krishna’s son! She has had great success with autoimmune diseases, MS, Lyme disease, Thyroid problems, Adrenal Fatigue and has even helped children with autism. If you, or anyone you know might need this kind of help, you can visit her website to find out more
So that is my Be An Angel Day action for today. If you have any questions about any of these resources, feel free to contact me. You can also post your own resources to share below in the comments.
For 14 years Wu Shing Tai Chi has provided me with a variety of services that have brought physical, emotional and spiritual healing and balance to my life. I and many others have benefited from teachings based on the five-element system passed down through 5 generations in the Wong family. Contact Si Gung Micah Wong (wushingtaichi@gmail.com) to discuss your needs. Wu Shing Tai Chi offers group classes and private lessons in person or by phone.
Thanks for this great resource, Rita! You are a true Earth Angel!
